We aim to pack and send out orders within 2 business days* from receipt of order payment.


Our delivery options and respective prices are set out in the tables below. Orders totalling over £60 will not incur any delivery charge.


Orders within mainland UK are tracked so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery or make alternative arrangements if you will not be available to take receipt of your parcel.


Our estimated delivery times are set out in the tables below. Please allow additional time for your delivery to arrive during holiday periods. We recommend ordering early if you want to receive our fantastic felt products in time for a special event.


Whilst we endeavour to get your delivery to you within the timeframes set-out in the table below, we cannot guarantee this in the event of unforeseen circumstance. Where such events occur, we are unfortunately unable to refund delivery charges.


Currently, we are unable to ship orders outside the United Kingdom. We are aiming to make this service available soon.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That is why we take great care in selecting only the very best quality of felt decorations.


Your order is hand-picked by one of our team and the quality of each item is checked before we carefully pack the item. Every parcel is carefully packed to ensure as far as possible that no harm can come to items during transit.


Any returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including labelling.


To receive any refund, the returns form provided in your parcel must be fully completed and included within the return parcel.


Return of Faulty Goods


We will accept return of faulty goods within up to 30 days of the good being delivered.


When items are returned as faulty, only the cost of returning parcels by standard delivery will be refunded. We recommend that you retain the proof of postage until any refund is received.


Please inform us by email at CustomerFelt@Outlook.com if you are returning faulty goods and state your order number and the nature of the fault.


Return for Exchange or if you have Changed your Mind.


We will accept return of non-faulty goods for exchange or because you have changed your mind within 14 days of the goods being delivered.


The initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. When non-faulty items are returned, we will be unable to reimburse the cost of return postage.


How do I return an item?


  • Place any items for return into the original postal packaging – do not reseal the parcel at this point.
  • Complete the returns form provided. Ensure that your order number and full name is entered onto the returns form.
  • Place the completed returns form into the return parcel.
  • Securely seal the return parcel so that it can be safely returned.
  • Write the following address clearly on the return parcel: Festive Felt, P.O. Box 336, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN40 9LE
  • Post the return parcel.

How will I be refunded for a returned item?


Once the returned item(s) is/are received, and the identified problem confirmed, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used to make the purchase. We will endeavour to process any refund within 7 business days of our receipt of the return parcel.
